Simply choose your favourite pieces from our collection, select your event dates, and complete your rental reservation. We'll ship the jewellery to you in time for your big day!

Can I try on the jewellery before renting?

Currently, we offer detailed descriptions and high-quality images to help you make your selection. If you have specific questions about any piece, feel free to contact us.

What is the rental duration for each piece?

Our standard rental period is three days – one day before, the day of, and one day after your event. If you need an extended rental period, please contact us for arrangements.

What happens if the jewellery gets damaged?

We understand that minor wear and tear may occur, but significant damage to the jewellery will result in a fine. The amount of the fine varies depending on the extent of the damage and the value of the piece. We recommend handling the jewellery with care to avoid any additional charges.

We recommend taking a video or photos when unboxing the jewellery to capture the condition upon arrival.

How do I return the rented jewellery?

Safe Returns: After your special event, please courier the jewellery back to us using the provided packaging.

Secure Packaging: Ensure that each piece is securely placed in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

Timely Dispatch: To maintain our quality service for every customer, we request that you dispatch the return package by the next business day following your event.

Tracking Details: Once shipped, please share the tracking details with us via email or through your customer account to help us monitor the return process.

Are there late fees for delayed returns?

Yes, to ensure availability for other clients, late returns will incur a daily fee.

Do you offer jewellery for purchase?

Our focus is on rentals to provide affordable, elegant options for your special day. We do not currently offer our pieces for sale.
